Exhibit Design

Leading the complete exhibit design

I lead the creative direction and design of the $800,000 26 Defense exhibit. My hands-on scope includes concept development, spatial planning, CAD, exhibit graphics and interactive touchpoints, connecting the overall brand presence with the detailed design of individual areas.

I recommend materials, finishes and lighting and develop the visuals and documentation used to communicate the design. Fabrication is handled separately. The project is progressing toward installation.

Spatial planning and brand presence

I developed the spatial layout and exhibit graphics together, treating the physical environment and its visual communication as one design problem. That connected the overall concept with the presentation of individual areas within the exhibit.

Preparing the design for delivery

I bring the exhibit’s CAD, graphics and interactive touchpoints into a coordinated design package. My materials and lighting recommendations communicate the intended finish and atmosphere to the teams responsible for fabrication and installation.

Developing the exhibit in CAD

I developed the exhibit’s physical forms and component relationships in CAD. This translated the spatial concept into a coordinated design that could be reviewed alongside the graphics, interactives and proposed material treatments.

Coordinating the exhibit components

I developed the physical design as a connected environment rather than a collection of isolated graphics and structures. The design work brought the individual components into a shared spatial and visual direction.

Designing across elevations

My work included the physical detailing and graphics across the exhibit. Developing those together connected the overall brand presentation with the scale and surfaces of the proposed build.

From concept to design documentation

I translated the creative concept into CAD and presentation material that communicate the exhibit’s scale, spatial organization and graphic treatments. This documentation supports the handoff of design intent to the separate fabrication team.

Pre-Viz Render

I created this 3D previsualization to present the booth’s scale and overall design to stakeholders. The clear surroundings keep attention on the exhibit’s form and spatial relationships. This image was rendered without generative AI.
